We understand that sometimes plans change. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped.

To cancel, email us immediately at buyedmedstore@gmail.com with your order details.
If the product has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged

• Incorrect

• Missing items

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the packaging and product to buyedmedstore@gmail.com so we can investigate and arrange a refund or replacement.

Return Shipping Instructions

In eligible return cases, we will provide a return address. Unless the issue is due to our error, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
